Wesley Alfred Morin, age 36, of Dunseith, passed away at Trinity Hospital surrounded by family and friends. Wake services will be held on Thursday, January 16th, 2025 at 7:00 pm at the St. Michael's Catholic Church in Dunseith. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 17th, 2025 at 10:00 am at the St. Michael's Catholic Church. Family and friends are invited to gather at the Eagle Heart Lodge for a meal after the funeral services.

Wesley was born to Mark & Sandra Morin on January 18th, 1988 in Minot, ND. Wesley resided in Dunseith, ND with his companion of 20 years, Rochelle Carpio. Together, they have 3 children together; Westen, Savannah, and Anessa.

Wesley worked at Dakota Fence – 3D Specialties, Minot, ND and at Wayne's Food Pride, Dunseith, ND. Wesley also enjoyed tinkering on small machines and vehicles, which he learned from his father and playing horse shoes.

Wesley was well known to all for his personality and humor, making friends no matter where he went. Some may remember him as the joker, some may remember his as the dancer/singer, where others may remember him for his unforgettable "Indian war cry." Wesley was one to help even if it was out of his capability. Wesley had the biggest heart and was loved by so many.

Wesley is survived by his companion, Richelle Carpio, children: Westen, Savannah, and Anessa Morin; mother, Sandra (Baker) Morin; sisters: Alisha (Derrick) Honsey, Christina (Jason) Morin; and his nieces and nephews.

Wesley preceded in death by his father, Mark Morin; his sister, Cassandra Morin; grandparents, Alfred and Joann Baker; grandmother, Germaine Davis; grandfather Eugene Morin.
