Warren Brandt, age 76 of Kramer, died Wednesday at a Bottineau hospital.  His funeral will be held on Tuesday at 2:00 pm at the Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Bottineau.  Visitation will be Monday from 1:00 pm until 9:00 pm at the Nero Funeral Home in Bottineau.

Warren Brandt, a son of Ervin and Viola (Neumann) Brandt, was born on December 30, 1941 at Bottineau.  He grew up on the family farm near Kramer and Graduated from Kramer High School in 1959.  He attended trade school in Idaho before returning to the farm.  On September 14, 1963, he married Linda Froseth at the Mouse River Church near Landa.  They made their home on the farm near Kramer.  Warren retired from farming in 2006.

Warren was a member of the Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Bottineau.  He also served on the Kramer Volunteer Fire Dept and the Kramer School Board.  He enjoyed spending time at the lake, playing cards and watching NASCAR.

He is survived by his wife, Linda of Kramer; son, Jay Brandt of Kramer; daughters, Jody Bullinger (Kevin Flagstad) of Minot and Jill Thompson (Bryan) of Upham;  grandchildren, Andrea (Josh) Corey, Karissa (Cameron) Moe, Reise Raymo, Dylan (Mindy) Thompson, McKenna Thompson and McKayla Thompson; great-grandchildren, Hailey, Alli and Kayson; step great-grandchildren, Ayla and Lilly; sister, Cheryl Jones (Kenneth) of Minot; brother, Gaylon Brandt (Carol) of Oakes; brothers-in-law, Marlyn Froseth (LaDonna) of Kenmare and Glen Froseth (Donna) of Kenmare and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his parents-in-law, Arthur and Gaynelle Froseth; brother - in-law and sister-in-law, Marlyn and Lola Fitchner and son-in-law, Mark Bullinger.
