Ted Biberdorf, age 85 of Bottineau, passed away on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at a Fargo hospital.  A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at 1:00 pm at the Immanuel Lutheran Church Cemetery near Willow City.  Visitation will be Friday from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm at the Nero Funeral Home in Bottineau.  Masks are required at the visitation.  Please follow social distancing guidelines.

Theodore Elmer Biberdorf, a son John and Mary (Hehn) Biberdorf, was born on September 21, 1935.  He was raised on a farm near Gardena.  He attended country school in Willow Creek Township and later Gardena.  He then began working on the Biberdorf farm.

Ted was baptized, confirmed and was a lifelong member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church near Willow City where he served as treasurer for many years.  He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed visiting, playing cards, working on puzzles and making chokecherry jelly.

He is survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Johanna (Elmer) Haerther, Hertha (Lyman) Longstreth, Ruth (Dale) Ackley and Irma (Marvin) Hanson and brothers, Reinhold (Betty) and Erhart.

Arrangements were with Nero Funeral Home in Bottineau.  Friends may sign the online register book at www.nerfouneralhome.net .

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be given to the Immanuel Lutheran Church or the Immanuel Lutheran Church Cemetery (8230 6th Ave NE  Willow City, ND 58384)
