Tammy Davis, age 56 of Belcourt, passed away on Friday, December 10, 2021 at a Belcourt hospital. Her funeral will be held on Friday, December 17, 2021 at 10:00 am at the Eagle Heart Cultural Center in Dunseith. Her wale will be on Thursday beginning at 3:00 pm at the center.
Tammy Davis was born on April 14, 1965 in Belcourt to Doris Marlene St. Claire. She was Robert and Irene Beston due to her mothers passing. She was raised in Dunseith and attended the Dunseith Day School. She later went to the Job Corps and graduated with her GED. Tammy has 3 children, 2 sons and a daughter. Tammy was married to Clifford and they later divorced. On February 13, 209, she then married the love of her life, Carson Davis. They lived in Belcourt. Tammy worked at the shelter, the Sky Dancer Casino and then retired from the Dunseith Day School where she worked in the kitchen. Tammy enjoyed spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren, family and friends. She also enjoyed traveling, shopping (especially thrift stores) cooking and baking. Tammy had the kindest heart and most caring person you would meet.
Tammy is survived by her husband, Carson Davis of Belcourt; children, Clifton (Kayla) St. Claire, Travis St. Claire and Candace Belgarde all of Belcourt; step children, Kelly Peltier of Rolette, Tawny Davis of Dunseith and Camryn Davis of Fargo; 21 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter, Isamarii Mae; sisters, Maurice (David) Faine of Minot; Edie Akins of Rolette and Marla Fox of Dunseith; brothers, Richard (Bazzle) Beston, Terry (Jigs) Beston and Kevin Beston all of Dunseith and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Pamela Beston; brothers, Mowen Beston, Robert Beston Jr, Ervin Beston, Dale Beston, Wayne Arnold Beston Sr and Gordon (gumball) Beston and a nephews, Alvin Houle Jr.
Arrangements were with Nero Funeral Home in Bottineau.
