Shelda Floberg, age 56 of Westhope, died Monday at a Minot hospital. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 15, 2018 beginning at 3:00 pm at 475 3
rd
St East in Westhope.
Shelda Floberg, a daughter of Marvin and Sharon (Soland) Floberg, was born on May 27, 1962 at Bottineau. She grew up in Westhope and attended Westhope High School. She worked at the Westhope Home as a CNA and also at the CanDak before moving to Bismarck in 1989. There she worked at a Loaf 'N Jug and worked her way up to assistant manager. Shelda moved to Wyoming in 1999 where she managed a Loaf 'N Jug. She moved to Williston for a time before moving back to Westhope in 2009. She worked at the Cenex in Westhope and later at the Wal-Mart in Bottineau.
Shelda enjoyed crocheting and cross stitch. She was also an Avon Representative for many years.
She is survived by her daughter, Sara Sanders of Garrison; grandchildren; Alex, Zach, Kaetlin, Dominic, Nathaniel, Kohner, Kenadi, Mercedes, Benjamin, Kyler, Alexys and Kaylynn; and sisters, Sharon Floberg of Westhope and Sharlene (Steve) Fitz of Glendive, MT.
Arrangements were with Nero Funeral Home in Westhope. Friends may sign the online register book at www.nerofuneralhome.net.
