Sandy Janzen, age 55 of Bottineau, died Monday at a Minot hospital.  Her memorial service will be held on Friday, August 2, 2019 at 2:00 pm at the Nero Funeral Home in Bottineau.

Sandy Janzen, a daughter of LaVern and LaVonne (Geritz) Janzen, was born on September 24, 1963 at Fort Riley, KS.  They lived in Westhope for a time and moved to Bottineau in 1971.  Sandy graduated from Bottineau High School in 1982.  She worked as a CNA at the Bottineau Good Samaritan Center for 26 years before retiring due to knee injury.

Sandy enjoyed embroidering and playing cards.

She is survived by her parents, LaVern and LaVonne Janzen of Bottineau; brothers, Keith Janzen of Ohio and Glen Janzen of Maryland.

She was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Donna and Betty.
