Ronald Rardon, age 79 of Bismarck, formerly of Bottineau, passed away on Thursday, May 11, 2023 at a Bismarck hospital surrounded by his loving family.

Ron Rardon, a son of Ralph and Evelyn (Riediger) Rardon, was born on March 18, 1944 during a snowstorm in Cando, ND. Ron lived and worked in North Dakota. He had a 50 year career in sales and services in the oil and gas business. Upon retirement, he moved to the Black Hills in South Dakota. He enjoyed hiking in the hills or just going for a drive if not busy in his garden or at car races. He loved to spend time with his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Ron is survived by his wife, Judy; daughters, Brenda (Ron) Arneson and Tammy (Sean) Murphy; son, Rocky Rardon; grandchildren, Heather, Desiree, Jessica, Collin, Ashton, Noah, Josh, Amelia and Cole; 7 great grandchildren and his brother, Wally.

Ron was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents and 1 great granddaughter.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
