A small funeral services for Paula Klokstad will be held at the Nero Funeral Home in Bottineau per Paula's request on January 12 ^th 2018 at 2pm

Paula Klokstad (Anderson) daughter of Hjalmer and Hazel "Andy" Anderson was born in Devils Lake ND on June 30, 1948. She was raised on an Eckman farmstead and graduated from Maxbass in 1966.

While working at the Gateway in Westhope she met the love of her life. On April 25, 1969 she married Verdine Klokstad in Westhope and has resided in Westhope since. Paula worked at the Red Rooster and the Cenex Station for many years and was loved by all who met her. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. Paula passed away in her home on December 31 ^st 2017.

Paula is survived by her children Jason Klokstad (Westhope), Kory Gartner (Minot), Misty (Paul) Perschau (Waconia MN) and Elliot Klokstad (Mohall) her good looking identical twin sister Paulette Lindemoen (Mohall) Brother Jack Stronstad (Crookston MN) grandchildren Noah Mckechnie, Bryce Gartner, Cordell Klokstad, Abigal Klokstad, Neala Klokstad, Eva Klokstad, Asher Perschau, Londyn Perschau and many nieces and nephews.

Proceeded in death husband Verdine Klokstad,  father Hjalmer Anderson, Mother Hazel "Andy" Anderson, grandmother Tillie Hayes, Sister Joyce Heitmann, Brothers Mark Owen and David Larry Wheaton, and granddaughter Sawyer Perschau.

Paula will be laid to rest by her husband at a later date.
