Patricia Grover, age 82 of Landa, passed away on Saturday, September 10, 2022 at a Bottineau hospital.  Her graveside service will be held on Friday, September 16, 2022 at 2:00 pm at the Landa Cemetery.  Visitation will also be on Friday from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm at the Nero Funeral Home in Bottineau.

Patricia (Patty) Grover, a daughter of Gil and Johanna Byrlokken Boreson, was born on April 13, 1940, at her aunt's home in Noonon, ND. She attended school in Landa and graduated in 1958. She married Allen Grover on November 28, 1958, at Landa. Patty was a farm wife who raised a son, Gary, and a daughter, Jodi. She milked cows and worked in the field for years, but also worked at Larson's Casuals in Westhope in the early 80's, then in 1990 she worked at The Corner, six miles south of Westhope, as well as at the Farmer's Union in Souris. In 2012 she retired due to her battle with COPD.

Patty passed away on Saturday, September 10, 2022, at a Bottineau Hospital.

She is survived by her husband, Allen; daughter, Jodi and husband Brad Nickelson of Minot; her grandson, Garrett Grover and significant other, Lindsey Rodman of Landa; great-grandson, Brixton Grover of Landa; and her granddaughter, Brittany and husband Alex Orr of Grand Forks; sister-in-laws, Linda (Dennis) Zorn of Jamestown, and Mary (Gregg) Boutilier of Granville; as well as many nephews and a niece.

She was preceded in death by her parents; father and mother-in-law, Arthur and Florence Grover; son, Gary; sister-in-law, Jean Bernstein and her husband, Leverne; and sister-in-law, Faye Thompson.

Arrangements were with Nero Funeral Home in Bottineau.
