Lonna Berg, age 78 of Bottineau, passed away on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at a Bottineau nursing home.  A private funeral service will be held.  We'd like to thank her amazing care team for everything they did for her.

Lonna was born in Westhope, ND to Abe and Opal (Kormann) Sisk.  She was one of eight children.  Lonna attended school in Westhope.  She met and married Hans Berg form the Turtle Mountains.  They lived for a short time in Bottineau and Gardena, but spent many years in the Turtle Mountains.  While working and farming in the hills, they raised 3 children; Kim, Jim and Wanda.

Lonna enjoyed birdwatching, church potluck dinners, baking caramel rolls, playing cards, watching parades, traveling, QVC shopping and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her children; Kim, Jim and Wanda and their families.  She also leaves behind 2 brothers and many nieces and nephews.  She will be greatly missed.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be given to the Metigoshe Lutheran Cemetery Association.
