Lloyd Melvin Moe, 88, of Bottineau ND, passed away on November 29, 2021 at St. Andrews Hospital following a brief illness.

Lloyd was born in Bottineau, ND to Elmer and Bertha (Forthun) Moe and resided in Bottineau his entire life. Lloyd married Mavis Larson in 1954 and they had 4 children. Lloyd worked for Theel Chevrolet as the parts manager for over 40 years before his retirement. Lloyd continued to drive and transfer cars for Theel's for the next several years following his retirement.

Lloyd appreciated and collected wildlife pictures over the years. He was always ready to visit with others and share the local news.

Lloyd is survived by his 3 children, Lonnie (Jeanne), Spearfish SD, Jeff, Minneapolis, MN and Cindy, Minneapolis, MN; 9 grandchildren, Mandi, Heidi (Jeremy), Jamie, Christy, Jocelyn (Randy), Darrin, Brady (Emily), Tanner (Kelsey) and Tobey, and 14 great-grandchildren, Logan, Keaton, Kelsey, Mason, Noah, Brooks, Macy, Daven, Dekker, Dorian Olivia, Henrik, Beckham and Linnea.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his 2 siblings Alvin and Bernice, his ex-wife Mavis, his son Kent and his granddaughter, Trista.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2022 at 11:00 am at the Nero Funeral Home in Bottineau.
