Jean C. Hall, left this earth to go home and be with God on May 20, 2026 at the age of 83.  Her memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 10:00 am at the Grace Lutheran Brethren Church in Bottineau.

Jean was born on November 19, 1942, in Bottineau, North Dakota, Jean Carol Hall was the beloved daughter of Lawrence Tuttle and Myrtle Estenson Tuttle. She spent her life rooted in North Dakota and was proud to call Bottineau home.

On April 6, 1959, Jean married the love of her life, Roger Hall, in Bottineau. Together they shared 67 wonderful years of marriage and were blessed with two sons, Jeff and Mike, whom they adored dearly.

Jean dedicated 42 years of service to the Bottineau County Treasurer’s Office, where she was known for her hard work, kindness, and dedication. Outside of work, she found joy in watching birds, working in her yard, and most of all, supporting her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren in all their activities and sports. Her love and presence were a constant source of encouragement to her family.

Jean is survived by her loving husband, Roger Hall of Bottineau; her sons, Jeff Hall and Mike Hall (Sue), both of Bottineau; 3 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters, Iris Roths of Nebraska and Linda Phillips of South Dakota.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her daughter-in-law, Debbie Hall; and her siblings, Gerald Tuttle, Larry Tuttle, Richard Tuttle, and Joyce Harig.

Jean will be remembered for her loving heart, quiet strength, devotion to family, and the joy she found in life’s simple moments. Her family takes comfort knowing she is now at peace in her heavenly home with God.
