Grant Boehnke, age 75 of Kramer, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at his home near Kramer. A private family service will be held at a later date.

Grant Allan Boehnke, a son of Richard and Marian (Heil) Boehnke, was born on August 9, 1950 in Bottineau. He was raised on a farm near Kramer and graduated from Upham High School in 1968. After completing his formal education, Grant remained on the farm where he farmed and ranched for many years

Grant was a gentle giant. He was very loving and caring.

He is survived by his sister, Debby Swanson of Underwood; sister-in-law, Mary Boehnke of Kramer; cousins, Jeff and Vickie Boehnke, Jared and Jessie Boehnke, Chelsea and Nate Jaeger and Matthew and Missy Boehnke and all the rest of the Boehnke cousins.

In addition to his parents and grandparents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Ross Boehnke and brother-in-law, Dean Swanson.
