FREDERIC N. ANDRE

Fredric Andre, age 81 of Bottineau formerly West Fargo, passed away on Sunday, December 28, 2014 in a Bottineau hospital. there will be no serves cremation has taken place.

Frederick Andre, a son of Garett and Francis (Vandermey) Andre was born on June 25, 1933 at Grand Rapids, MI. He moved with his family to South Dakota where he was reared and educated. After his graduation Frederic attended Calvin College graduating in 1955. He then attended Stanford Business School and received his MBA in 1962. In 1970 Frederic graduated from the Balparaiso School of Law. He traveled through the United States working at different places. In 1981 Frederic was appointed by President Ronald Regan to be a member of the Interstate Commerce Commission. After his service was completed he traveled and worked at several other places. After his retirement he moved to West Fargo, ND and in 2014 moved to Bottineau, ND where he has resided since.

He is survived by a brother, Calvin Andre of California and three nieces.
