Donna "Beans" Baker was born May 13, 1956 to Sylvia Baker and Robert "Champ" St. Claire. She was the oldest of 8, but was
the matriach of her siblings.

Donna attended St. Josephs Indian School in Chamberlin, SD and went on to graduate from Dunseith Public High School and then after moving to Grand Forks, she received an accountant certificate from Aakers business school. She had worked at the Snow White Bakery with Herman. Like many of our family members, she was employed at Dales Truck Stop for many many years. She said she enjoyed the customer experience and she was known for her good cooking and hard work ethics. She had many skills but being a mother was her best calling. She fought hard to provide the best
opportunities for her children. She knew it was important for success and personal growth.

She was and is loved by many family, friends and associates. She blessed us with her personality and fun loving spirit. She received her traditional name "Waabaa Mishtadim Niimi Ikwe" Grey Horse Dancing Woman, upon
offering for her journey to the spiritual camp of our people we were blessed to have her in our lives. Donna is proceeded in death by Sylvia Baker
(mother), Robert 'Champ" St. Claire (father), Betty Ann Baker and Debra Jean Baker (sisters), Eliza and Francis Baker (grandparents), Mona Prellwitz (niece) LaRose Laducer (aunt), Carol LaRoque (cousin), Donny Poitra (Ex-Spouse).

We will join her upon our passing from the gift of life, which she gave much to ours. She is survived by her children; Shasheen, Levi, Lacey, Wilmer and Paige. Also her 26 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
