Delbert E Reamer's Obituary
Delbert E. Reamer, age 81 of Bottineau, died Monday at a Bottineau hospital. A private family service will take place at the North Dakota Veteran's Cemetery in Mandan.
Delbert E. Reamer, a son of Ervin and Alma (Boettcher) Reamer, was born on July 4, 1937 at Bottineau. He graduated from Bottineau High School in 1956 and then attended the Bottineau School of Forestry. He enlisted in the North Dakota National Guard in 1961 and was called to active duty during the Berlin Crisis. Del worked as an electrician for Novodvorsky Electric for 40 years.
Del was a member of the United Parish in Bottineau.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Lou of Bottineau; son, Jerome Reamer and his wife, Kim of Wendover, NV; grandchildren, Sydney and Olivia Reamer; sister, Violet (Kenny) Brenden of Souris; brother-in-law, Daniel Novodvorsky of Bottineau; sisters-in-law, Joyce (Rodney) Medalen of Grand Forks and Betty Boardman of Frazie, MN and nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Marian Novodvorsky and brother-in-law, Bob Boardman.
Arrangements were with Nero Funeral Home in Bottineau. Friends may sign the online register book at www.nerofuneralhome.net.
