David Marzolf, age 59 of Bottineau, passed away on Monday, January 31, 2022.  A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 10, 2022 at 2:00 pm at the Nero Funeral Home in Bottineau.

David Marzolf, a son of Willmer and Alvina (Berg) Marzolf, was born on March 6, 1962 in Bottineau.  David attended school in Bottineau and graduated in 1980.  David had numerous jobs through the years. He worked at Rugby Manufacturing. He later worked for a company that tore up old rail lines and was able to travel to many different places.  He then moved to Springfield, MA where he worked at an employed owned manufacturing plant for 20 years.  He then returned to Bottineau and worked construction.

David enjoyed spending time with friends hunting, fishing and watching football.

David is survived by his brother, Tim of Carbury; sisters, Linda (Wayne) Light of Souris and Lori Pladson of Bottineau; brothers-in-law, Greg Bell of Minot and Andy Prellwitz of Willow City; nephews, Stewart Bell, Erik Vinje, Jeff Foss, Josh Foss, Jesse Lee, Brady Prellwitz and Colin Walker; and nieces, Kristin Dokken and Jordan Lee.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Willmer and Alvina; and sisters, Barb Bell and Donna Prellwitz.
