Brandi Myers, age 47 of Dunseith passed away on Thursday, May 7,2026 at a Minot, ND. Her funeral will be held on Friday, May 15, 2026 at 10;00 am at the St. Michael's Catholic Church in Dunseith. Her wake will begin at 8:00 am with a rosary at 9:00 am and a eulogy at 9:30 am.
Brandi Lynn Myers was born on September 14, 1978, in Rolla, North Dakota, to Steve and Joy Myers (LaRocque). She was raised in Dunseith, where she later earned her GED. Brandi continued her education at Turtle Mountain Community College, where she earned her Associate of Science degree. She worked as a CNA at the Dunseith Nursing Home, where she cared deeply for those she served.
In 1993, Brandi met her high school sweetheart, LeRoy “Jamie” Nadeau. Together they built a loving family and shared many years together. They were blessed with five children: Jayden, Twyla, Zachery, Scott, and Rivers, and also lovingly raised their niece, Shayleen Star Myers.
Brandi was known for her outgoing personality, kind heart, and willingness to help others whenever she could. She treasured time spent with family and friends. One of her favorite pastimes was playing 6-5-4 with her parents and children. She also enjoyed visiting with friends and taking long rides with her sisters, creating memories filled with laughter and love.
Brandi is lovingly survived by her lifelong companion and high school sweetheart, LeRoy “Jamie” Nadeau; her children, Jayden, Twyla, Zachery, Scott, and Rivers; her niece Shayleen Star Myers; her siblings, Dianna Gourneau, Stephanie Myers, and Danny Myers; and her four cherished grandchildren, along with many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends who will miss her dearly.
She was preceded in death by her father, Steve Myers; her sister, Twila Myers; her nephew, Dillon Myers; and her grandparents, Ann and Steven Myers, and Alice and Jerome LaRocque, along with many beloved aunties and uncles.
Brandi will be remembered for her loving spirit, her generosity, and the deep love she had for her family and community.
