Bradley G. Nadeau, 48 of Dunseith, ND, passed away on Thursday in Fargo, ND on Saturday, February 25 th due to health complications.
Bradley was born in Rolette North Dakota on January 28, 1975 to Janice (Nadeau) Birkland.
Bradley was raised in Dunseith, ND and attended school at the Dunseith Day School up until 7 th grade. The family then moved to Devils Lake, ND where Bradley graduated from Devils Lake Public High School. He then attended college at the Lake Region State School and studied Liberal Arts. Bradley then moved to Minneapolis Minnesota where he attended the Hubert Humphrey Job Corps Center and received certificates in hair design and cosmetology.
Bradley continued to live in Minneapolis and worked for many hair salons. He worked mostly for Great Clips Hair Salon where he made many friends with his co-workers and clients. He loved to take pictures of his co-workers and send them to family and friends. He had many loyal customers who would specifically ask for him. When he would transfer to another location his customers would follow him.
Bradley was a very talented artist who loved to paint landscapes and his envisions of the future.
Bradley was a self taught musican who played the piano and keyboard.
Bradley was a very good cook his favorite dish was Coq Au Vin. Which he made for his friends and family when he would host dinner parties.
Bradley loved to study the astrology and had many sculturues of constellations. Which his favorite was Venus the Goddess of Love. He was extremely talented in home decorating and landscape.
Bradley met the love of his life Shawn Wilsie while living in Minneapolis. They spent 16 years together making many memories of their lives together. In 2016, they moved to Texas and in 2017 they parted and Bradley moved back to Minneapolis.
Bradley continued to work and live in Minneapolis until recently he moved home due to illness.
Bradley is survived by his mother Janice(Jeff) Birkland, sister Jana (Charles) Lee Birkland, brother Dustin (Maddison)Thunder John McKay, nephews Ian and Acesen, nieces Illani, Jacinta, Emeri, Kaylee, and Emma. His grandmother, Mildred Nadeau of Dunseith, aunties, uncles, and cousins. He was espically close to his cousin Elissa Nadeau, of College Station, TX.
Bradley was preceded in death by his grandfather Dominic Nadeau, Sr, special cousin Sonya Jeanotte Donahue, his Uncle Leland Nadeau, his Aunt Sharon Nadeau, God parents, Rodney and Patty Poitra.
Celebration of Life will be held on March 10 th at 10:00 am at the Eagle Heart Log House in Dunseith, ND. A visitation will be held at 8:00 am to 10:00 am.
A meal will follow the celebration.
