A nita "Jeanne" Wyman, of Bottineau, formerly of Westhope, passed away on Wednesday January 2, 2019 at the Good Samaritan Center in Bottineau surrounded by her loving family after recently celebrating her 101 ^st birthday.  Her funeral will be held on Monday at 10:00 am at the Nero Funeral Home in Bottineau. Visitation will be Sunday from 1:00 pm until 9:00 pm at the Nero Funeral Home. Burial will be at the Westhope Cemetery.

Jeanne was born in 1917, the second of 3 children to Frank and Bess (Nimmo) Smith of Makoti, ND.           She graduated from Makoti High School and attended Minot State Teachers College.

Jeanne married Lester Wyman of Westhope in 1936. They resided in Kenmare for five years where Les taught school before moving to the family farm near Westhope.

She is survived by her children Janet Winterer, Larry (Bonnie), Ronald (Kathy), Barbara, Bruce (fiancée, Barbara) and James (Barbara); thirteen grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren and one great grandchild; sister-in-law, Ida Mae Smith and many nieces and nephews.

Jeanne was preceded in death by her husband, Lester, her parents; sister, Marion "Bunny" Jefferson and brother, Gordon, Smith.
