Alan D Wilkie age 60 of Belcourt ND, passed away on Saturday December 27, 2025, at Dunseith Nursing Home Dunseith. Alan D. Wilkie was born on April 22, 1965, in Belcourt ND to Leo J and Sharon (Felland) Wilkie, he was raised in the Belcourt area. and completed his education through Belcourt Schools, Alan furthered his education at the Turtle Mountain Community College. Alan also did training for the police force and became a police officer at the Fort Totten Indian Reservation for a short time. Alan also Served a short time in the military. he also worked on land Scaping and carpentry and some construction for a while. Alan loved to wrestle with all the nieces and nephews Showing them wrestling moves when they were young. He liked to dance, to draw, tinker on vehicles, and making gadgets. In his past Time, he liked to watch K drama movies and YouTube. He also kept in touch with his news channels.

Alan is survived by his kids, Christy Delong, Luis Wilkie, Alexis Emhoft, Elizabeth Wilkie, Wolfgang Wilke, Calista Wilkie, and Siblings Tammy (Terry) Poitra of Dunseith, Donald (Nari) Wilkie of St John, Roger Wilkie of Flaxton, Boyd Wilkie of Bismarck, Terri (James) Gladue of Dunseith, Vicky (Daryl) Miller of Pennsylvania, and Many Nieces and Nephews. extended family, Karen LaForte and Mauricia Laforte along with the rest of the LaForte Family.

Alan Was preceded in death by bis parents Leo J and Sharon Wilkie, brother John A. Wilkie.

Funeral arrangements made by Nero Funeral Home in Bottineau. Traditional services will be held on Saturday January 17th, 2026, at 1:00 at the Eagle Heart Center (log house) located in Dunseith ND with a meal following in the Same location.
