It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of my mother, Adeline "Addie" Nielsen, who left us on January 30, 2025 (ten days after celebrating her 98th birthday). Full of love, laughter, and resilience, she touched the lives of all who knew her. To commemorate her incredible journey and to celebrate the love she spread, a memorial service will be held in her honor at First Lutheran Church, 701 Main Street, Bottineau, ND, at 10 a.m., on Tuesday, February 4th, with visitation beginning at 9 a.m.  We invite all who knew her to join us in remembering a truly remarkable woman. The family asks that donations to First Lutheran Church be made instead of flowers or other gifts.
